Audit & Risk Committee

The Audit & Risk Committee consists of two Independent Directors and one Non-Executive Director, appointed by the Board of Directors:

• Chairman and Independent Director: Luc Weverbergh
• Independent Director: Brigitte Boone
• Non-Executive Director: Dennis de Vreede

The Audit & Risk Committee assists the Board of Directors and the Executive Management in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial reporting, as well as the effectiveness of internal and external controls and the quality of information provided to shareholders and the market. The Committee provides advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors and the Executive Management whenever deemed necessary”.
