We own and operate centers in regional cities across the Belgium & Luxembourg that have the potential to be transformed into Full Service Centers.
We analyze all our assets to create long-term Full Service Center blueprints. These blueprints bring together opportunities for complementary functions, retail, services, health, leisure, work, All tailored to the context of the local catchment area.
Our dedicated in-house and on-site teams ensure professional center management, implement smart services, strong community relations and with our customer focus, we keep looking to drive value.
We track key metrics like footfall, tenant sales, customer feedback and more to continuously optimize the Full Service Center for customers and business partners.
We believe that real estate performs best when it is built, managed and nurtured by one committed partner with a long-term vision. That’s why many of our centers, like Shopping Nivelles (50 years) and Belle-Île Liège (30 years), have been part of our portfolio since their inception – a rare continuity in our industry and a clear reflection of our philosophy.

We operate 7 shopping centers, 4 retail parks and 2 office parks, welcoming more than 27 million visitors annually and maintaining a 98% occupancy rate.
