Ville 2 in Charleroi is a major, modern, and comprehensive retail destination in Wallonia, with a small adjacent retail park. It offers a full shopping experience on the edge of the city center. Built in the 1990s, Ville 2 has undergone major renovations and extensions in 2012 and again in 2023. These works included a new visual identity and a redesigned customer journey. The site also includes a 2,600m² integrated food court and sits next to the largest Pathé IMAX cinema in Wallonia, strengthening its leisure offer.

Ville 2 provides around 2,000 free parking spaces, a strong logistical asset for visitors arriving by car. The parking facilities focus on customer comfort and include several outdoor car parks, an underground car park with spacious spaces, 12 ultra-fast 300 kW Electra charging stations, and multiple bicycle parking areas.
