Knauf Schmiede

Knauf Shopping Schmiede, situated in northern Luxembourg, near the borders with Belgium and Germany, is a well-established retail and leisure destination in the Ardennes. The center first opened in 1993, was extended in 2007, and most recently underwent a full renovation and new extension in 2022 — ensuring its continued relevance in a dynamic cross-border region.

Since February 2025, the property has been owned by Wereldhave Holding, our reference shareholder, as part of the acquisition of the two Knauf Shopping Centers. Knauf Pommerloch became part of Wereldhave Belgium’s portfolio, while Knauf Schmiede remains owned by Wereldhave Holding.
The management of both centers is entrusted to Wereldhave Belgium.

Today, Knauf Schmiede positions itself as the Lifestyle, Dining & Entertainment Hub of the Ardennes, bringing together daily convenience, family experiences, and leisure under one roof.
