Shopping Nivelles

Shopping Nivelles first opened in 1975 and was fully renovated and expanded in 2012, now offering 28,600 m² of retail space with 102 stores. In 2025, the center celebrates its 50th anniversary — a milestone that Wereldhave Belgium seized as an opportunity to once again invest in a thorough refurbishment and enhancement of the shopping center.

Signage in both the underground and open-air car parks has been improved, the number of parking spaces for families and visitors with reduced mobility expanded, and additional charging stations for electric vehicles installed. The terraces and esplanade between the parking area and the center have been redesigned to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment, while the iconic entrance near Delhaize has been completely renovated to ensure smoother access to both the supermarket — which has been part of the center since its opening 50 years ago — and the mall itself.

Visitors can also enjoy a wide range of services. At The Point, you’ll find gift cards, a water fountain, copy and print services, a photobooth, and parcel drop-off and pickup options. Both indoors and outdoors, there are Play & Relax zones for young children, a flower vending machine, and other convenient amenities that make shopping even more enjoyable.
And as a true first in Belgium, The Point also allows cryptocurrency payments — an innovation proudly introduced across our shopping centers.
