Through our Full Service Center concept, we transform traditional shopping centers into all-in-one destinations that meet everyday needs: shopping, leisure, health, work and more, supported by innovative concepts and digital services.

Our centers are located in key cities such as Liège, Nivelles, Tournai, Kortrijk and Genk - and since 2025, also in Pommerloch (Luxembourg), where we manage and operate Knauf Shopping, alongside Knauf Shopping Schmiede, managed by Wereldhave Belgium on behalf of our reference shareholder.

Together, we welcome over 27 million visitors every year, a growing testament to our strong local presence and sustainable growth.
