Effective Leaders

The Effective Leaders are responsible for implementing the company’s strategy, as defined by the Board of Directors, and for ensuring the efficient and responsible management of its operations. They oversee the execution of key business decisions, the achievement of operational objectives, and the coordination of teams across the organisation.

In accordance with Article 14, §3 of the RREC Act, the day-to-day management of the company is entrusted to at least two individuals, each bearing the title of Effective Leader, Executive Management Member or Managing Director.
