Trading update Q3 2016

On 21st December 2016 Wereldhave Belgium received two BREEAM In Use certificates.

Shopping Nivelles en Ring Shopping Kortrijk Noord were both rewarded VERY GOOD on Asset level and EXCELLENT on Building Management level.

One of the BRICKS targets within Sustainability is to have the portfolio certified Very Good by 2020.

BREEAM is an indipendant assessment method which evaluates different aspects on building and management level. This evaluation gives insight in the well structured activities and gives opportunities to improve others. The learning process can be easilily copied to the operations of the other retail centres, durable and firm procedures are the standard and future assessment can run smoothly.
It was the first In Use assessment for Wereldhave Belgium, assisted by Bopro within a new BRE portfolio approach for the whole Wereldhave group.
