Awards & Recognition

We measure our CSR performance against a number of external benchmarks – these benchmarks relate to our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance:
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method)
BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for buildings. In 2025, all Wereldhave Belgium assets were re-certified with a ‘Very Good’ rating, recognizing our continuous commitment to energy efficiency, environmental performance and sustainable building management.
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark)
GRESB is widely used in the real estate industry. It provides an overall ESG (environmental, social & governance) benchmark for buildings and properties. In 2024, our reference shareholder Wereldhave was awarded five stars by GRESB, the highest possible rating – for the eleventh consecutive year
EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association)
In 2025, EPRA awarded our reference shareholder Wereldhave a Sustainable Best Practice Recommendation for our best-in-class annual sustainability performance report.
CDP (formerly, the Carbon Disclosure Project)
