Resultaten 2017

For 2017, Wereldhave Belgium posted a profit of € 54.7 mln (2016: € 66.2 mln); the net result from core  activities per share amounts to € 5.68 (2016: € 5.78).

The ‘Like-for-Like’ rental growth in 2017 amounts to - 1.2% (shopping centers: -1,1%; offices: -1,8%) and the EPRA occupancy rate to 94.3% (2016: 95.8%).

The net asset value per share, before profit distribution and dividend payment, amounts to € 89.25 (2016: € 86.41).

The debt ratio amounts to 29.0%.
