On 22nd September 2017 Wereldhave Belgium received the BREEAM New Construction certificate with the score VERY GOOD for Les Bastions Retail Park.

One of the BRICKS targets within Sustainability is to have the portfolio certified Very Good by 2020.

The retail park opened in 2016, accommodating Blokker, Pro-Duo, Pronti, AS Adventure, Action, ZEB, Maisons du Monde et Brico.

BREEAM is an independant assessment method which evaluates different aspects on building and management level. This evaluation gives insight in the well structured activities and gives opportunities to improve others.
