Your potential responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational and technical aspects of retail and office properties.
  • Negotiate, coordinate, and monitor contracts with external suppliers and contractors.
  • Oversee maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement projects (OPEX and CAPEX).
  • Ensure compliance with legal inspections and safety regulations.
  • Follow up on technical issues and maintain optimal building performance.
  • Manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
  • Support sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM).
  • Organize safety drills and exercises.
  • Maintain close communication with tenants to ensure operational excellence.

Your profile

  • Technical or Facility Management degree (Bachelor level) or equivalent experience.
  • Qualification as Prevention Advisor or Safety Coordinator is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainability certifications (BREEAM or similar) is an asset.
  • Native Dutch or French speaker with good command of English.
  • Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, versatile, and proactive.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Technically skilled, analytical, and result-driven.
