You will join…

Wereldhave Belgium, a leading player in commercial real estate in Belgium for more than 40 years.

You will be involved in two strategic sites in Luxembourg:  Knauf Pommerloch and Knauf Schmiede. You will work at the heart of a dynamic environment, surrounded by a friendly and committed team, in close collaboration with our retailers and visitors.

You will evolve in a dynamic environment, at the heart of operations, with a key role in ensuring the visibility, attractiveness, and consistency of marketing activities across both sites.

• Work location: Pommerloch & Schmiede, Luxembourg
• Reporting line: hierarchically to the Shopping Manager (one Shopping Manager per site), functionally to the Head of Marketing of Wereldhave Belgium

Your impact on our organization?

You will translate and implement the marketing & communication positioning and strategy locally across both sites, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and synergies.

You will actively contribute to strengthening the sites’ brand awareness, attracting the right audiences, generating qualified footfall, and harmonizing marketing activities between Pommerloch and Schmiede. You will ensure consistency, quality of execution, and performance measurement for all initiatives.

Your responsibilities as Marketing & Communication Coordinator:

• Ensure consistency and complementarity of marketing activities across both sites
• Adapt campaigns to local specificities while respecting the overall strategy
• Identify and implement synergies between Pommerloch and Schmiede
• Design and organize distinctive events on both sites (idea → planning → supplier coordination → logistics → communication).
• Manage 360° campaigns (online/offline) with our agencies/partners, integrating customer insights and catchment area data.
• Implement a targeted communication plan: media, social media, press, partners, and on-site communication.
• Oversee content creation (copy, visuals, photo/video) and community management.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget for both sites, while monitoring timelines and priorities.
• Analyze performance (track KPIs, ROI), ensure reporting, and recommend optimizations.
• Maintain external relationships (press, local partners, authorities), in alignment with operational management.
• Contribute to cross-functional campaigns together with the marketing team of the other centers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other centers within the group.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication and/or Marketing, complemented by initial experience in communication/marketing and/or event organization.
• A true project manager: autonomous, structured, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
• Excellent command of digital and marketing tools.
• Languages: Fluent French; professional English (written and spoken). German is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Creative, innovative, and proactive; comfortable with data analysis and decision-making.
• Stress-resistant, adaptable, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Flexible working hours (available on certain Saturdays and Sundays; no “nine-to-five” mentality).
