Suzy Denys was appointed as Independent Director for a four-year term, starting on 9 April 2025 and ending on 11 April 2029

With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and property investments, Suzy brings valuable expertise to Wereldhave Belgium. She currently serves as Country Manager at PATRIZIA SE and holds board positions at Home Invest Belgium, PROMETHEUS CAPITAL, UPSI-BVS and CBFI. Suzy is also a member of Women on Board Belgium.

She holds a law degree from KU Leuven and has completed additional studies in real estate and business management. Thanks to her strategic insight and in-depth understanding of the real estate and RREC sector, Suzy Denys is a valuable addition to the Board of Directors of Wereldhave Belgium. Her appointment reflects our continued commitment to strong governance and specialised industry expertise.
