Effective Leader
Nicolas Rosiers has more than twenty years of experience in the retail real estate sector and has been working at Wereldhave Belgium since 2011, where he served as General Counsel until his appointment as Deputy CEO and Effective Leader on July 19, 2023. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbrouck Kirkpatrick and as Legal Manager at ING Real Estate Belgium. Between 2015 and 2023, he chaired the BLSC - BVS Legal / Retail Commission. In addition to his law degree (UCL) and a diploma in business economics (Vlekho - KUL Brussels), Nicolas Rosiers also holds an Executive Master in Real Estate from Solvay Brussels School and an Executive Master in Management from Vlerick Business School.
On 19 July 2023, the Board of Directors of Wereldhave Belgium SA approved the appointment of Mr Nicolas Rosiers as Effective Leader and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Wereldhave Belgium SA. This appointment, approved by the supervisory authority (FSMA), will take effect on 20 July 2023.
