About us

We’re Wereldhave Belgium, existing since 1976 and part of the Dutch company “Wereldhave”, founded in 1930. As a real estate company specialized in shopping centers and retail parks in Belgium, we aim to transform our assets into “Full Service Centers” dominant in their catchment area

Wereldhave Belgium is an REIT/GVV with a focus on commercial property in Belgium, ranging from malls, retail parks, offices, etc.

We want to create value through the active management of our assets and the (re)development of properties within our portfolio.

Active management: in-house teams

We actively manage and operate all of our centers with in-house teams. From leasing to center operations, marketing to technical management - we closely cooperate with tenants and partners for better business.
