Audit committee

The audit committee consists of two members, appointed by the board of directors, from among the independent directors, namely

• Independent Director and Chairman Brigitte Boone
• Independent Director Ann Claes

 

The audit committee helps the board of directors and the effective leaders to monitor that the company's accounts are accuracy and correct, as well as the quality of the internal and external checks and the information issued to the shareholders and to the market. For that reason, the committee issues any necessary advice and recommendations to the operating company's board of directors and to the effective leaders.
