After obtaining a master's degree in Commercial Engineering and a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science at the University of Leuven, Luc began his professional career and held various managerial positions in the financial sector.
Notably, as Co-managing director of Private Equity for 9 years at BNP Paribas Fortis. He continued his career there from 2010 to 2016 as Senior Managing Director of Private Equity. From 2008 to 2016, he was a board member at Belgian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
In 2016, he successfully completed the Director Effectiveness Program, as well as the Board Effectiveness Program in 2017 at Guberna.
He retired in 2016 after an impressive career.
