On 19 July 2023, the Board of Directors of Wereldhave Belgium SA approved the appointment of Mr Nicolas Rosiers as Effective Leader and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Wereldhave Belgium SA. This appointment, approved by the supervisory authority (FSMA), will take effect on 20 July 2023.
Nicolas Rosiers has more than 20 years of experience in the retail real estate sector and joined Wereldhave Belgium in 2011 where he is General Counsel. He has been chairman of the BLSC-BVS Legal / Retail Commission since 2015. In addition to his Master in Law and a degree in business economics, Nicolas Rosiers also holds an Executive Master in Real Estate from Solvay Brussels School and an Executive Master in Management from Vlerick Business School.
