With your expertise, you will translate strategic development opportunities within the Wereldhave portfolio into sustainable and profitable projects. You bring Customer Journey concepts to life and ensure a unique visitor experience in our centers. Thanks to your focus on quality, planning and budget management, you deliver projects on time and within expectations. As a connecting link between stakeholders, you promote collaboration, ensure integrity and sustainability, and contribute to continuous innovation and process improvement.
Your responsibilities as Customer Journey Project Manager will include:
- Operational Management & Project Management.
- You will implement key Customer Journey concepts such as wayfinding, angled signing and parking solutions, using your strong project management skills to successfully complete each project.
- By continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress, quality and budgets, you ensure flawless execution.
- You oversee compliance with concept and quality standards and provide periodic reports to ensure timely delivery.
- You will guide local teams in providing input for briefing, design and implementation, with a focus on clear communication and effective collaboration.
- With a flexible and results-driven approach, you coordinate external partners in all project phases, from briefing to follow-up.
- You ensure that internal stakeholders are well informed and involved through information sharing and transparency.
- By proactively identifying risks and resolving issues efficiently, you maintain project progress and quality.
- Together with the Concept & Customer Journey Manager, you work on the strategic coordination and implementation of projects while continuously exploring new innovation opportunities.
- Quality Management
- You will ensure that all projects meet Wereldhave's high concept and quality standards, with attention to detail and a customer-oriented
- Financial management
- You prepare accurate investment plans for Customer Journey projects and carefully manage project budgets, with regular reporting on financial performance.
- You combine leadership skills with cost awareness to execute projects within budget and with maximum efficiency.
- Reporting & Processes
- You report clearly and structurally on budgets, time schedules, project costs and quality standards, and contribute to process improvements within the organization.
- Through your communication skills, you ensure clarity and consistency in reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management
- You build strong networks and maintain relationships with local and external partners (such as design firms, architects, construction companies and consultants), while effectively connecting internal teams and fostering collaboration.

Your profile:
- At least a bachelor's degree (business administration, engineering design, construction management or similar)
- At least 5 years' experience in project management and leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing external partners such as creative agencies and technical construction partners
- Experience in technical renovation projects such as retail and parking facilities
- Affinity with environmental psychology and how it can be applied to the physical experience of visitors is and advantage
- Professional command of Dutch and English (French is a great asset)
- Willingness to travel on a working basis to our locations in Belgium (70%) and the Netherlands (30%)
