A refurbished shopping centre with a total lettable surface area of 28,600 m², divided into 102 units. The shopping centre has an easily accessible underground car park as well as an open-air car park. It also boasts parking spaces for electric cars.
In 2011, the Nivelles shopping centre received a 'Very Good' BREEAM New Construction certificate. Examples of achievements acknowledged in the certificate are: operating sustainable construction site management, solar panels and energy-saving measures, healthy indoor lighting and water-saving measures. In 2019 it received a BREEAM In-Use certificate and score Very Good for the asset and Excellent on management.
